Following the wedding of music artist Davido, Nollywood actress Debbie Shokoya has chimed in on the comparisons and critiques.
Tuesday, June 25th, Kemi Filani said that as the music sensation tied the knot with the love of his life, Chioma, he shut down the internet and all of Nigeria. The couple has received criticism after their wedding from many, particularly Chioma, whose traditional dress didn’t sit well with many who thought celebrity stylist Veekee James would have done a better job on her.
In response, Debbie pointed out that although the couple had completed their wedding and moved on to the costly honeymoon, poor men were still busy making comparisons and voiced grievances.
Debbie Shokoya prayed against poverty and that she would never attain her goal of giving stupendous thoughts through social media and statistics.
“Rich people do wedding, them don move on to the next agenda (expensive honeymoon).

Oh Lord, I shall never be pøor and jobless in my life. Social media and data will not be my only achievement in life to give stupīd opinions.
