I used to dislike that idea, especially during a tough time. It can be so easy to focus on the negative and lose sight of all that is still positive.
Every moment i have moved through has shaped me into who you are today. And if it had all been easy & full of nothing but sunshine & happy days, i would not be as strong as I am right now. My ability to appreciate others, to feel it all & to love so deeply ā all of the qualities that makes me such a beautiful person were born from the events that tested me & ultimately grew my resiliency.
